Highlights during the period period ended March 31, 2021 included Restarting operations on February 24, 2021 following COVID-19 related shutdown, and processing 57.4 tonnes of end of life printed circuit board assemblies, producing 13.6 tonnes of high grade concentrates containing gold, copper, silver and palladium.

Los Cerros Reports Highest Grade Gold Intercept

Advised that Tesorito South diamond drill hole TS-DH16, within the 100% owned Quinchia Gold Project in Colombia, has delivered an outstanding intercept of 460.9m @ 1.11g/t Au from surface within a broader intercept of 582.3 @ 0.94g/t Au from surface.

Roxgold Enters Into a New Seguela Royalty Agreement

Roxgold exercised its right to pre-empt the proposed AUD$20 million acquisition of the royalty by an international royalty company.

Roxgold Exercises Right to Acquire Seguela Royalty

Advised that Canadian-based gold miner Roxgold Inc. (TSX: ROXG) has exercised its pre-emptive right to buy the Company’s royalty interest over the Seguela Gold Project located in central Côte d’Ivoire for a cash consideration of A$20M.

Gold Royalty Corp. (NYSE: GROY) had agreed to buy the royalty from Apollo. Continue reading
