Catalyst expands treasury to A$531m by increasing its corporate credit facility from A$100m to A$200m
Catalyst Metals Limited (Catalyst or the Company) (ASX:CYL) is pleased to announce it has signed formal documentation to extend and upsize its existing revolving credit facility (RCF).
At financial close, the RCF will be increased to A$200m and extended to a four-year tenor.
Highlights
• Catalyst has increased its Revolving Credit Facility from A$100m to A$200m
• Available credit facility remains undrawn
• A fourth lender, HSBC, has been included to the existing syndicate, which includes
Westpac, National Australia Bank (NAB) and Societe Generale
• The terms of the facility are consistent with the previous facility. Key changes include:
Increase in tenor from three to four years
Increase in facility size to A$200m
Hedging facilities provided by Westpac, NAB and HSBC
• This RCF provides additional liquidity and flexibility as Catalyst pursues its growth plans
• At 30 June 2026, Catalyst held cash and bullion of A$331m and remained debt free.
The undrawn RCF provides available liquidity of A$531m
All existing lenders including Westpac, National Australia Bank and Societe Generale were supportive of the expanded facility. HSBC has also joined the syndicate.
In the past three years, Catalyst has generated over A$525m in operating cash flow, allowing it to develop four new mines, double Reserves to 1.5Moz, and invest in supporting infrastructure. It has also strengthened its balance sheet, paying down inherited liabilities and at 30 June 2026 held cash and bullion of A$331m.
With the addition of this undrawn A$200m RCF, the business has A$531m in available liquidity and is well placed to execute the next phase of its growth plans.

Catalyst’s Managing Director & CEO, James Champion de Crespigny, commented:
“We would like to thank NAB, Westpac and Societe Generale for their continued support of Catalyst.
“We also welcome, and thank, HSBC in joining the syndicate.
“Over the past two years, Catalyst has progressively de-risked the longer terms ±200koz organic growth strategy.
“The ongoing support of our relationship banks in this upsize, reflects that progressive de-risking.”
