The company recently pivoted to precious metal exploration by purchasing the Chalice Gold Project from Westgold.
The project has a 191,000 JORC resource.
Project vendor Westgold holds a 19.9% stake in Corazon.
Westgold’s strategic partnership will allow Corazon to commence early gold production via a toll milling agreement between the two companies, avoiding capex. This ishortens the timeline to cashflow.
