Information collection
If you have given us information about yourself, either when we have met in person, or you subscribed to our mailing list, we take that information and enter it into a database, which is stored on Mailchimp.
Mailchimp is an approved data provider under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework

Use of your information
We use the personal information that you give us (name and email address), for the purposes of:
• Sending you newsletters, news releases, or invitations to our free to attend events.
• Informing you about other relevant events, and updates from the companies we cover time to time. I.E. Webcasts, podcasts etc. etc.
Unsubscribing from our database
You may choose to unsubscribe from our email communications at any time without affecting our relationship.
Every email sent by us has an ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of the page, clicking this will delete your information immediately from our database.

How long we store your data
We will keep your personal information on an ongoing basis unless you request that we delete it.

We restrict access to your data to our employees who have a specific need to use your data to perform their work. Your data is stored on Mailchimp, an EEU / Swiss approved provider of email services and data storage, based in the USA.

• Should you attend a corporate presentation, it is understood the presenting company may request the name and email address of attendees for the purposes of updating them in the future.
• Attendees at our events are deemed to have given their permission to be contacted by presenting corporate clients, unless they have informed us to the contrary.

The security of your personal information is important to us, but we acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We only hold the name you gave us upon registration, and your email address.
