Chris Reed is a popular presenter here in London, and it’s no surprise the presentation is full and waiting.

.

Since first coming to London with Neometals around 5 years ago, Chris Reed has transformed the company, and multiplied the shareprice around 15 times from the 2c low!

.

By any metrics that performance is impressive, but NMT continue to deliver and have just announced the demerger of their Barrambie titanium/vanadium project located in WA from the company, and into a newco to be spun out and listed on the ASX.

.

This should create shareholder value over the mid to longer term, as Barrambie will now be attributed a value by the market. Currently it’s sat in the company, with little to no value attached to it, because the focus, quite correctly, is predominantly on the lithium production, and the processing of it.

It will be interesting to see what Chris Reed says about the demerger, and in particular investors will want to know the record date!
