City Investors Circle of London is initiating coverage of American Creek Resources, after being alerted to their prospectivity by an experienced investor from our group.

AMK ticks all the boxes in terms of management quality, location (next to large gold deposits), and in a tier 1 jurisdiction. The current 40,000 m drill program looks set to provide newsflow in the near term.

AMK has several properties, but the one that catches the eye is the Treaty Creek (20% owned) project, adjacent to Pretiums’s Brucejack gold deposit, and Seabridge Gold’s KSM deposit. These are seriously large gold deposits.

Ken Konkin, who developed Brucejack for Pretium is now the geologist for American Creek a very significant capture, as clearly he understands the geology of the area.

All in all given the location with major gold reserves almost next door, this looks to have serious potential in my opinion.
As the saying goes the best place to find a mine is next to a mine. There are no guarantees of course, but Treaty Creek looks very prospective, and being next door to large gold deposits means it could run quickly if the first drill results are good.
