BGM ANNOUNCES FILING OF THE CARIBOO GOLD PROJECT TECHNICAL REPORT

Barkerville Gold Mines has filed on SEDAR the independent National Instrument 43-101 technical report to present and support the results of the mineral resource estimate update and metallurgical testwork for the Cariboo gold project as per the company’s news release dated May 29, 2019.

The technical report was prepared by InnovExplo Inc. and BBA Inc., both independents consulting firms based out of Val-d’Or, Quebec and in Montreal, Quebec.

Qualified Persons

Each of Christine Beausoleil, P.Geo. and Carl Pelletier, P.Geo. of InnovExplo Inc. and Alain Dorval, P.Eng. of BBA Inc., is an independent “qualified person” (as defined in NI-43-101). Maggie Layman, P.Geo., Vice President of Exploration for Barkerville, is a “qualified person” (as defined in NI 43-101) for the Company. The Company strictly adheres to CIM Best Practice Guidelines in conducting, documenting, and reporting its exploration activities on the Cariboo Gold Project.
