CEO and Director Philippe Cloutier purchased 153,500 shares of the company’s stock  on Thursday, November 28th.

Cloutier bought the stock  at an average cost of C$0.13 per share, for a total transaction of C$19,950. Following the acquisition, the director now directly owns 2,840,500 shares.
