There is also a brief synopsis of the presentation given by Neometals MD Chris Reed to the cirle in London, where the highlight was the newsthat the Barramhbie titanium / vanadium project would be spun out of NMT, into a newco to be isted on the ASX, subject to shareholder approval at an EGM to be convened during november.

Attendees were advised that once approval has been given, the record date will be set enabling shareholders to receive shares in newco.
