The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a letter agreement dated Jan. 31, 2018, between Galway Metals Inc. and Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (the vendor), whereby the company has agreed to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 14 unpatented mineral claims, located in the northern Abitibi of western Quebec, Canada.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will issue 150,000 common shares and 75,000 common share purchase warrants to the vendor as consideration. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share at 50 cents for a two-year period.
