G Mining Ventures Acquires G2 Goldfields

G Mining Ventures  (TSX: GMIN)

G2 Mining Ventures and  G2 Goldfields (TSX: GTWO) announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement whereby GMIN will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of G2 pursuant to a court approved plan of arrangement.

The Transaction will consolidate two adjacent gold projects in Guyana: G2’s Oko-Ghanie Project and GMIN’s fully permitted and fully financed Oko West Project. Continue reading →

Capricorn Metals to Acquire Warriedar Resources

Capricorn Metals (ASX: CMM)

Capricorn and Warriedar Resources Limited (ASX: WA8)  announced that they have entered into a binding Scheme Implementation Deed under which it is proposed that Capricorn will acquire 100% of the securities in Warriedar by way of a Court-approved scheme of arrangement under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act 2001.
