Tyranna Resources completes Eureka gold mine acquisition

Announced the completion of the Eureka Gold Mine acquisition from Central Iron Ore {CIO.v} of Canada.

Previously Tryanna had announced a dispute with CIO,  regarding the issuance of 14% of shares in Tyranna as part of the deal, but have now issued the shares and completed the acquisition.

Eureka is expected to be producing gold in the near term.
