Announced exploration drill results from the Woodbine prospect at the Company’s Premier Gold Project .

Nine drill holes (for a total of 1,991m) were completed in an area separate from current known resources but in proximity to the Premier mill . The Woodbine prospect is located to the west of the Cascade Creek fault and the reported drill holes are the first Ascot holes on that side of the fault in the southern part of the PGP. Ascot Extends Gold Mineralisation at the “Day Zone”

Announced additional gold intercepts at the “Day Zone” at the Company’s Premier Gold Project. The new drill holes have extended previously reported mineralization 150 m to the north.

Mineralisation is open along strike to the north and the south, and the highlight was 23.20g/t Au and 9.6g/t Ag over 2.00 m in hole P20-2263. Continue reading

Cornish Metals to list on London’s AIM Market

   Cornish Metals Inc. (TSX.V: CUSN)

Announced its intention to apply for admission of its common shares  to trading on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange. subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.

The Company is proposing to raise £5 million by way of private placement of new Common Shares to advance the United Downs copper-tin project. The Company expects that Admission will become effective in February 2021. Continue reading

O3 Mining Announces Sale Of Garrison Project

03 Mining announced that it has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement with Moneta Porcupine Mines Inc. (TSX: ME), pursuant to which it has agreed to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary, Northern Gold Mining Inc.  in exchange for 149,507,273 common shares of Moneta, representing 30.1% of the outstanding Moneta Shares.

Northern Gold owns 100% of the Golden Bear assets, including the Garrison gold project  in the Kirkland Lake district of the Timmins gold mining camp in Ontario, Canada. Continue reading

Orla Mining Increases Gold Reserves by 54%

   Orla Mining Ltd. (TSX: OLA)

Provided the results of an updated Feasibility Study and mineral reserve estimate on its Camino Rojo Oxide Gold Project located in Zacatecas, Mexico.

The updated Feasibility Study highlights a 54% increase in contained gold mineral reserves and a 3.5-year extension to the mine life of the Project, which is currently in construction. Continue reading
