BARKERVILLE ANNOUNCES PROPERTY OPTION AGREEMENT

Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. intends to exercise its option to acquire a 100-per-cent undivided right, title and interest in the property situated on Williams Creek in the Cariboo district of British Columbia.

The property currently consists of a residential residence, and is located in the town of Barkerville, B.C. The company entered into the option agreement with an arm’s-length landowner on Jan. 31, 2019, pursuant to which the company was granted an option to purchase the property.

The company is required to issue 400,000 common shares of BGM to the vendor, and make a cash payment of $450,000

.

The issuance of the shares is subject to exchange approval and the shares will be subject to a four-month hold period.
