De nuestra consideración:
Por medio del presente se informa que el día de hoy, 31 de diciembre de 2019, la
Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo S.A. –COFIDE y la empresa MINERA IRL S.A.
han celebrado un acuerdo de entendimiento cuya finalidad es arribar a un consenso que les permita atender las obligaciones pendientes entre ambas partes, derivadas del
contrato de préstamo y de lo resuelto por el Tribunal Arbitral.
