Munich Mining Show
The show, starting on Friday 9th November is larger than in recent years, and has 65 corporate exhibitors.
The venue s unique amongst shows anywhere in the world, in the tram museum! I always take time to view the exhibits as well, it adds to the pleasure of attending this unique show.

Bavaria, in the deep south of Germany, is being kind weather wise, it’s mild and dry, with a chill in the air later in the evening.
.
This mining show has been running for years, and is well run by the organisers.
.
Previously the shows were hosted in the old olympic velodrome, but that was demolished, so a change ws forced, and with few veneus to choose from for the size of the event, the Tram Museum was selected.
.
I guess the number of attendees is around half the number that attended in the heyday, but it’s still a respectable turnout, with mostly Canadian and a few Australian companies making the long trip here. There are also a couple of AIM listed companies, but with Mines and Money week coming, the British prefer to stay at home.
.
I will post a few comments about companies I meet in the show over the next couple of days.
