Cornish Lithium raise £1.4 million in oversubscribed crowdfunding campaign

Cornish Lithium, a private lithium exploration and development company based in Cornwall, broke new ground when they announced they were going to raise £1 million via a crowdfunding platform,  Crowdcube.

Doubts that his was achievable have been quashed as the company have confirmed over £1.4 million has been raised so far, a fantastic result. This is a first for a British mining company. Continue reading

Barkerville Gold to acquire Cariboo district assets

Entered into an asset purchase agreement with an arm’s-length vendor on Sept. 9, 2019, pursuant to which the vendor has agreed to sell to the company its 100-per-cent undivided legal and beneficial interest in and all right and title to certain placer tenures. Lithium Power International – EIA 60 day extension granted

Confirmed that the Chilean Environmental Service has extended the EIA evaluation process for 60 days.

The Chilean regulations sets a timeframe of 120 business days for the final environmental evaluation of any project submitted in the country. It also grants a one-time extension, at its own discretion during the process, if needed to complete the evaluation. Continue reading

Cartier Resources arranges $2.94m private placement

   Cartier Resources Inc.{TSX.V: ECR}

Has entered into an agreement with Desjardins Securities Inc. under which the agent has agreed to sell, on a marketed private placement basis, 11,428,571 flow-through common shares of the company at a price of 21 cents per initial tranche A flow-through share.

A further 1,940,667 flow-through common shares which the company understands may be donated by the initial purchasers to charity of the company at a price of 28 cents per initial tranche B flow-through share for total gross proceeds of $2,943,387. Continue reading
