A quieter day than Day 1, but still a decent buzz around the booths and in the presentation room.

Some of the CEO’s present were looking a bit jaded after hosting so many meetings in such a short space of time, but that’s they had so many meetings is clearly a positive.

A quieter day than Day 1, but still a decent buzz around the booths and in the presentation room.

Some of the CEO’s present were looking a bit jaded after hosting so many meetings in such a short space of time, but that’s they had so many meetings is clearly a positive.

As an investor, participating in 20 meetings over two days has the effect of blurring the presentations into one long  monologue, and by the end of two days I suffer from information overload, and have to go away and soft through my handouts and notes in order to make sense of all the data.

Given the current despair of mining companies and investors alike, 121 did a great job of running an exciting conference in my view.
